The temple was built by Sir Hukamchand Seth in the early 20th centry and therefore the temple is also called as Seth Hukamchand Temple.

·         Lal Bagh Palace: The grandest monument of the Holkar Dynasty, the Lal Bagh Palace is situated at the banks of River Khan. This three storied structure is used for hosting royal receptions.

·         Omkareshwar Temple:  Considered to be one of the holiest shrines, this temple is located on Mandhata Island. It is famous for being one of the 12 Jyotilinga Shrines dedicated to lord Shiva.
